Choose the right products
Start with a sheet-and-towel package for each bed, then add the blankets, duvet covers, pillows, beach towels, bath mats, kitchen towels or guest sets you need. Twin/Twin XL packages include one towel set; Full, Queen and King packages include two towel sets.
Weekly rental periods
One listed price covers 1–7 days. Stays of 8–14 days are two weeks, 15–21 days are three weeks, and so on. For each additional week, keep the same linens for 20% off that additional week or choose a fresh exchange at the regular weekly price.
Delivery day: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Standard Saturday delivery and pickup routes run between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Provide the exact address, a safe accessible delivery location, and any gate, parking or access instructions with your order. You do not need to be present when the location is accessible.
Please allow the full delivery window.Deliveries may arrive at any time through 4:00 p.m. Please do not call about linens that have not arrived until after 4:00 p.m.
Fresh-linen exchanges
When a fresh exchange is selected, place all used linens outside by 10:00 a.m. on the exchange day in the same location where the order was delivered. Keep everything dry and separate towels from sheets. Fresh linens arrive during the scheduled route.
Departure and pickup
Gather every item. Check bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas for all Bayside items.
Keep items dry. Never mix wet towels with sheets, blankets or pillows.
Ready by 10:00 a.m. Place the linens at the same location where they were delivered.
Nothing left inside. Do not leave rented items on beds or throughout the property.
Care during the stay
Protect rented items from weather, pets, smoke, food, bleach, hair dye, makeup and wax. Missing items or damage beyond ordinary rental use may result in additional cleaning, repair or replacement charges.
Where we deliver
Vacation linens are delivered from Kennebunk to Portland. Free delivery is included with a $50 minimum order in Saco and Old Orchard Beach and a $100 minimum order everywhere else in that area. Delivery throughout the rest of Maine and to available parts of New Hampshire is quoted and approved before the order is placed.
